Ive been  Interested in spirituality since my early twenties and i spent some years living in a Buddhist community.In more recent timesI have moved away from organised religion and have found my own way.

I was deeply inspired by the book 'The Power of Now' by Eckharte Tolle. It came into my life at the right time.

I am currently  on a sabbatical year from teaching/managing a residential golf college for students who want to become profesional golfers.I teach about health and fitness, diet and nutrition, meditation, tai chi,yoga, and how the mind isnt really anything to do with peak performance.

I will be travelling in New Zealand from October 2008 to April 2009 and it would be lovely to hear from anyone connected to New Zealand.
